Receptionist / Admin Position

In addition to being a team member who reflects the company goals and attitudes, the following characteristics are required for this position: You will-

  •  Provide superior customer service by answering and directing calls in a professional manner.
  • Interact with customers and field technicians including scheduling work.
  • Data entry into software programs such as Procore or Spectrum.
  • Asset management and tracking.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Complete general administrative duties as requested.
  • Participate in training and evaluation intended to encourage increasing responsibility as your capabilities grow.

The following skills and experiences are desirable for persons wishing to apply for this position:

  • Education resulting in a degree in Business and/or Computers or similar.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Administrative writing skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Computer skills (Office products, other programs and apps)
Entry Estimator/Assistant PM

In addition to being a team member who reflects the company goals and attitudes, the following characteristics are required for this position:

You will-

  • Work out how much a project will cost and create from this information a budget or price proposal which will competently reflect the information available to you.
  • Work from a bill of quantities alone without drawings OR from a complete and detailed set of project drawings and specifications.
  • Read and understand electrical, architectural, and mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate and build cooperative relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, and the staff of Accurate Electric Unlimited.
  • Follow company directives and policies.
  • Competently utilize standard office software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat) for document creation and spreadsheets.
  • Learn and successfully utilize specialized software and procedures for estimating electrical work (ConEst. and Procore)
  • Be prepared to work hours and days as required to meet the needs of estimate schedules, which often requires great flexibility and endurance.
  • Participate in training and evaluation intended to encourage increasing responsibility as your capabilities grow.

The following skills and experiences are desirable for persons wishing to apply for this position:

  • College education resulting in a degree in Construction Engineering Management or similar.
  • Military experience in a technical and or leadership role.
  • Training and or Experience as a technician in the Electrical or allied trades.
